KI11IX PLUGIN-WERKSTATT

Terms of use

1. Scope and Provider

These Terms of Use set out the free download and community services offered by the Ki11ix Plugin Workshop at plugin-werkstatt.net. The provider and contact details are set out in the legal notice. These terms relate to the use of the website; any specific licence terms for individual files take precedence over these terms with regard to the rights of use for those files. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Free Downloads

Files expressly designated as free on this website may be downloaded without charge and without visitor registration. A comment, a rating, a bug report or the provision of an email address are not required for the download. This does not constitute the conclusion of a paid subscription.

The description, version number, technical requirements and any applicable restrictions are listed for each plugin. Ensure that the server version and the required Java version are compatible. Before making any changes to a production server, create a backup and, where possible, test new plugins in a separate environment first.

3. Licences and Third-Party Rights

The licence terms specifically attached to or specified at the time of download apply to each plugin. The fact that the plugin is provided free of charge does not automatically mean that all components may be modified, redistributed or offered under your own name without conditions. “The rights and licence notices of included libraries and other third parties remain in force.”

Where individual pieces of our own content are protected by copyright or otherwise, the rights applicable to them shall apply. This website does not claim exclusive copyright over non-protectable AI outputs or third-party components. The absence of a licence notice does not replace any individually agreed or statutory terms of use. In case of uncertainty, please contact the provider before distributing the content beyond its intended use.

4. Scope of Functionality, Previews and Support

The version number stated at the time of download is authoritative. Project previews illustrate planned developments and are subject to change; a preview alone does not constitute a binding commitment to a release date or future features. Unless specifically and bindingly agreed, there are no guaranteed response times for voluntary support enquiries or bug reports. This does not limit any statutory obligations.

5. Comments and Reviews

You may publish your own experiences, objective criticism and questions. Please use a display name of your choice. In particular, the following are prohibited: unlawful content, insults, threats, discriminatory statements, personal data of third parties without authorisation, advertising unrelated to the subject matter, malware, and misleading or manipulated reviews.

New posts are reviewed before publication. Reviews are not marked as verified purchases or verified plugin usage. Only approved star ratings are included in the average. Objective negative criticism is permitted and will not be rejected solely on the basis of a low star rating.

By requesting publication, you authorise the operator to display your post, including your display name and rating, on this website and to store it technically for this purpose. This authorisation is limited to the operation of this function and is not exclusive. You must hold the necessary rights to do so. Rights under data protection law and options for withdrawal are set out in the privacy policy.

6. Bug Tracker and Moderation

Bug reports should include the plugin concerned, version details, reproducible steps and the observed behaviour. Please do not publish any passwords or other confidential information. Confidential reports can be marked as such and will then not appear publicly.

We may reject, hide or, following review, remove posts that are unlawful, abusive, off-topic or duplicates. Reports of potential legal infringements can be submitted via the contact details in the legal notice. Please specify the post in question and explain the reason. We will investigate substantiated complaints appropriately.

7. Liability and statutory rights

A specific quality, unrestricted freedom from errors or suitability for every server is only bindingly guaranteed if this has been expressly and validly agreed. Statements regarding tests carried out refer to the test environment described in each case and do not replace a check of your own server configuration.

Statutory provisions and validly agreed, applicable licence terms apply to claims for damages, warranty claims and other claims. This website does not contain a blanket exclusion of statutory liability. In particular, claims arising from wilful misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, limb or health, as well as mandatory statutory claims, are not excluded by these terms and conditions.

8. Independent Project

Ki11ix Plugin Workshop is an independent service and not an official product of Mojang or Microsoft. Product and platform names mentioned are used for descriptive purposes only. The use of Minecraft, server software and, where applicable, third-party plugins is additionally subject to the respective terms and conditions of their providers.

9. Contact and Dispute Resolution

10. Changes to the Service

We may further develop content, technical features and future project plans. This shall not result in any retroactive restrictions on rights of use already granted or existing legal entitlements. Should paid services be introduced, the relevant contractual and consumer information must be set out separately prior to their launch.
